Prompt, professional, detailed, courteous, service is what I received at short notice.
I am so impressed this clinic. They follow up emails and notifications regarding appointments and the apps are easy to use. Everyone is friendly and very helpful! Shelly in the Finance department is especially helpful and goes the extra mile to answer questions. She even called the insurance company for me regarding an issue. Deb, our dental hygienist, is so through, informative and so delightful.
I was concerned about my use of blood thinning medication and how it might effect my cleanings and future procedures. Not a problem; my MD communicated with the southdale office and all my concerns were addressed.
As usual, my last appointment was on time and handled with great skill and care by Dr. Mehta and staff. Thanks!
I've been going to Dr Telander for about 30 years and every visit that I have had there has been excellent. From cleanings to crowns, everyone is professional and polite.
