All three of our kids have been patients here. Docs are super and really great with kids. They are make great referrals. The clinic assistants are also terrific to the intake folks, lab people and even (yikes) the folks who give vaccinations. Be prepared for some long wait times periodically, however, whether in the clinic or on the phone waiting to talk to a nurse.
We initially started seeing Dr. Nice... He was a absolute jerk and makes you feel like a idiot if you ever ask questions (as a first time parent of course we had questions). We then switched to Dr. Kristupatis, wow what a difference! He's fantastic with our kids and any questions we ever have. It's a convenient location for us, but call wait times can definitely be long. If you enjoy being placed on hold for at least 20 minutes per call to make an appointment or talk to a nurse, this is the place to go. If you enjoy standing in line to check in for at least 15 minutes, go here! If you enjoy rude front desk staff, this is it!
We've had great experiences with all the doctors we've seen here. We do have a bit of a wait sometimes, but when we're in the room for our visit, I feel that the doctors always spend as much time with us as we'd like and make sure all of our questions are completely answered. If we need a same day appointment, we've always been able to get in, and the after-hours nurseline has been great as well when I have a question that I feel I need answered right away.
I love my daughter's doctor, but the billing office is horrible. I am still working to resolve a charge (on a task that didn't happen, but was coded that it did) on my daughter's bill from February.. February! After countless calls.. all of which were "forwarded on" but never returned, a letter explaining myself with payment of what I owe on actual services rendered, and another call to confirm they received it, I received my second letter saying my bill is overdue and I must pay it to "avoid further credit action."
