I have been taking my children to Southdale Peds for 21 years. I LOVE the nurses and doctors; however, the wait times whenever we call in for an appointment or to talk to the nurse is completely unacceptable. I called last week with concerns about a respiratory infection my daughter was experiencing, and it took 43 minutes on hold until a nurse came on the line to set up an appointment. I called again today to see if our COVID test results had arrived yet, and I waited on hold 58 minutes before i finally hung up! I went from... read more

We love Southdale Peds! Dr. Anderson is wonderful, and Lisa the lactation consultant is the absolute best! Easy to get appointments and their Saturday hours are so helpful!

Allergy clinic is awesome. Dr Nelson is great to work with!! Very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen!! Great with kids! Would recommend her if your looking for allergist!! 😀👍

Wonderful doctors and staff, big examination rooms, nice waiting area and so easy to get a same day appointment for a sick kiddo
We were patients at Southdale Peds in Burnsville for the past 6 years. We’ve always been pleased with our care until recently. The practice has just gotten too large. I felt like my kids were shuffled thru and staff didn’t get to know us. We’ve recently switched to a smaller practice and are much happier. If you’re okay with a large commercial practice then this is great! Just wasn’t our cup of tea.
Been with them for 14 years and even though we moved 45 minutes away we still go to them. We have tried another popular clinic near home and it's just not the same care.
