I have lived at Southcrest Heights for a long time, I feel grateful to have a Property Manager(Denise) who is on site daily & who really cares about the residents and their concerns or issues! The Maintenance Team has always treated me with respect and prompt response time! I am grateful to live in my Apt. it's truly home to me!

Yes, by coming here you will save your money, but you will waste your nerves, peace of mind and other resources, which is not necessary. All year long, while you live here, you will always receive messages that you cannot park here, as it is being renovated (construction works take place there 24/7). if you, somewise, forget the key to your apartment, they will ask you for $ 35 TO JUST OPEN THE DOOR.
