Receptionist was just awful!! Needs to retire.
I was given the wrong appointment time despite confirming three times, and had to scramble to get to the office the day of my appointment. I had been told my appointment was at 11:15 by one receptionist on those three occasions, and when I called the morning of to ask a question, I was told out of the blue by another receptionist that my appointment was actually at 10:30.
