If I could give this place zero stars I would, these people have absolutely no patience unless you get your point across in 5 seconds and are down right rude. don’t even waste your time unless you want to be irritated every time you have a doctors appointment or have a question about your own health.
Dr Draper is fantastic. I've never had an issue with the office staff.
I had Dr Oien and she was great, she left and I was on a waitlist for a new dr in that office. I was told I could see the physicians asst for any concerns while I was on waitlist and I was and it was a great system that worked since I could still get all my medication while waiting for new dr. I get told today out of the blue that I can’t be seen there anymore and that Dr now left the office and is no longer accepting new patients. So now I can’t get any of my medications refilled . I wish I could give this office 0 stars. The receptionists are rude and repeatedly misinformed. They do not respect the 15 minute grace window for appointments that they call “policy.” I am blown away by the lack of customer service from a doctors office, I will never go back.
