Very disappointed and upset on how the office staff and doctors or lack of treated me. I am a patient of Dr.Bae and will soon be a former patient. I called the office on several occasions requesting a call back from Dr. Bae because I was having urinary symptoms and I have a history of kidney stones. Been going there for almost 20 years I had Dr LaRock and loved him but I got switched to Dr Kelty and he never follows up with me idk if I'm going to stay there.
By far worst experience I’ve ever had. Hope no one has a serious issue because you will just get yelled at on the the phone. Larissa has no manners not sure how you got a job working in health care when you yell at clients on the phone. Horrible experience.
