This is the second time I’ve had annual mammogram here. And once again it was a great experience. From the second you get off the elevator you’re greeted with a spacious and clean waiting area. You check in with a very personable and efficient reception team. You’ll sit for less than 5 mins before being called and taken to your dressing/waiting room. I brought my wife for an appointment and Unfortunately, the front desk staff at the Southcoast Breast Center in Fall River left a negative first impression. One in particular was curt, dismissive, and lacked a compassionate tone—especially concerning given the anxiety many patients already feel when arriving. Since the front desk staff are the face of the facility and the first point of contact, this is an issue that needs to be addressed. I have no complaints about the doctors or nurses, they are wonderful. I have never been treated so poorly by front desk staff. On 7/3 I had the displeasure of speaking with the rudest woman who was short with me, cut me off, scoffed at me wanting to make an appointment telling me i’m “way too young” (i’m 28) mind you i’m a regular patient here. I was doing what the doctor told me to do a year earlier; if i experienced new pain, to contact and make an appointment. No one should ever speak to anyone like that in a health setti... read more

Every single person that I crossed paths with were extremely accommodating, kind, caring, empathetic, AND VERY VERY THOROUGH!! They know it’s a very scary time for many patients and they reassured me many times over. I refuse to go anywhere else and refer everybody here
