I an changing Dr. as soon as I post my review. They are terrible with answering phones and you can't even get through to make an Appt. I once just went in and saw that the front staff will just not answer calls if the peon who usually does not in. I know because I called while I was sitting in the waiting area and watch them just ignore it and they were available to answer it just sitting at desk. Seems as if they feel that its not their job. I had several issues with Westport family medicine. The first of which was that when I switched over to them they apparently couldn't get my medical records even though I signed off on requesting them 4 times. After over a year and multiple complaints my doctor finally looked at my record after I said "My old doctor said they sent them?" She tells me "Oh it looks like we've actually had them for almost a year just in a different part of the system."
