Visited Pulmonary services and was very disappointed that the perfume/aftershave smell in the waiting room was overwhelming. This is,for many respiratory patients including me a medical problem. No signs were posted as is usual in medical facilities regarding this. Spoke to staff and they expressed no interest in correcting this problem in the future.
Called on 5/22/2017 around 11:40am and got the operator/information desk, asked for the facilities fax number, she replied "which doctor" with not the proper attitude and I answered "Dr Watson." even though I actually needed medical records fax number but got transferred without being told anything. I waited 5 minutes before hanging up so I never got the fax number. Fortunately I was able to find it but no wonder patient transferred care.
OFFICE STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL...NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FOR SICK PATIENTS?!?! HAD TO GO TO WALK IN...WILL CHANGE PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS TODAY.
