3 months no return calls.. Someone scheduled a Tele visit in DECEMBER. I was never informed of that, nor was I expecting that for a "we will get back to you" in January (it's now March) Message I left with staff got forwarded to his office and left at that. Supposedly he read the message but never bothered to reply. update "you don't need pain management you need antidepressants" from neurology AS WELL AS NEVER HEARING BACK...4 YEARS LATER
Waited months for appointment after slipping and falling in constant pain can't even lay down thry switched to another PA who says I don't need MRIs because the ones from 3 YEARS AGO prior to this Fall don't show what is causing me pain now and I was in pain then? Horrible! Gaslighting. Everything they said goes completely against documented medical information by the National Institute of Neurological disorders! Completely disregarding any medical knowledge because after "11 years" he knows better!

Both times I have been, the receptionists and nurses/aids were so kind and welcoming. Ashley took my vitals and said to ask for her if I needed anything. The appointments seem to always be booked out so far unfortunately, but I’m assuming it’s in part because of how great the office and medical staff are. Dr. Butakgazi looks into every detail/possibility to get to the source of the problem and LISTENS. He pays attention and takes into consideration any input you have.
