My team was amazing, I had surgery on Wednesday. Dr. Dowd fantastic. I can't enough about him and his staff. Rate this whole experience 10 plus
Both times I have been, the receptionists and nurses/aids were so kind and welcoming. Ashley took my vitals and said to ask for her if I needed anything. The appointments seem to always be booked out so far unfortunately, but I’m assuming it’s in part because of how great the office and medical staff are. Dr. Butakgazi looks into every detail/possibility to get to the source of the problem and LISTENS. He pays attention and takes into consideration any input you have. The front staff is very rude and short over the phone, no compassion. Find a new place for your back pain and thank me later.
I’ve seen three different doctors here. Dr Tokarz who saved me from tremendous pain! Now Dr Lopez-Marquez whose place he took. Excellent job diagnosing my condition so I can understand it better. The third is Dr Burakgazi. He diagnosed me with Parkinson’s disease in March and set out for tests and proved it to be true. He put me on medication in May to slow the progression of the disease. So thankful for these men!
