First off having no contact phone number to call and find out what's going on with your case is ridiculous second my phone was stolen a month and a half ago and my case worker just disappeared and I have no way to contact him or anyone else in that office I mean I'm disabled and have a hard time getting around and they know this but I guess this how everyone treats people when they are down and out
