Incredible customer service! I completely messed up--for the delivery address, I put my friend's Southbury street address, but then went on autopilot and put my own town and zip code. The delivery person drove several towns over and then texted me in confusion when they couldn't find the house number. I was mortified when I explained my mistake and the person said it was no big deal--they'd just go back to Southbury and deliver it where it was meant to go.
