Crumbled up flowers and only a few for an excessive amount of money. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t refund me so i drove back for nothing. Very rude

I specifically went over and spoke to the florist and provided a large vase and asked them to fill it with white flowers for my husband celebration of life on Saturday, May 9. We agreed $50 would be ample amount and as you can see the flowers were shamelessly pitiful. I emailed the florist the next day her excuse was she should’ve used a smaller vase and $50 doesn’t get too much these days! shame on you Southbury florist.

I went to the florist to get a $25 arrangement for a friend when they brought it out. It looked like it was worth two dollars. It looked like crap. I could’ve gone over to Stop & Shop and got a better one for $14.99 and people will say why didn’t you go over to Stop & Shop in the first place I’m handicapped and I have trouble getting around so I went to the florist I thought I would give them a shot.I had her bring it out to the car I think they took advantage of me.
