Best place ever!! We spent five days here and it was great!! Cant wait to come back
It's very pretty. But usually when attending an event, refreshments are served. I guess the people putting in the venue didn't have it in the budget.
I was only there for a conference. The auditorium was large and comfortable seats. The bathrooms were very clean and the lobby was nice. The dining room was clean and the good was great. No problems.
This was our first time visiting your hotel. We were there because my husband had to do two seminars. We enjoyed everything about your hotel, people were great, the rooms were nice and we loved the hot tub and pool very much. If the weather was better, I would of loved to have walked your grounds, they looked so wonderful. We will be back again.
The place was beautiful, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The attention to detail, commitment to their community and extremely personable staff is second to none! Southbridge Hotel has done a tremendous job over the past few years with expanding their services, accommodations and ability to create a wonderful experience, whether you are choosing them for a business meeting, luncheon or wedding. I have been to several events in their ballrooms and I was impressed by all of them. Truly nice to know a venue like this exists in central MA!
