Nothing is as stated online! Over priced and as for the rude staff at the counter they leave little to be desired. If we didn't get charged for cancelation we would have never checked in after a front desk experience like that. We can't wait to check out now!
I was here for a conference of military education professionals. The meals were serve buffet style but was tasty. Shades lounge is a bit small as a venue for socializing with our size of group. I waited an hour to get service and food. the first night there.
Great place to spend the night and play indoor 4Wall Handball at the Focus Fitness Center.

I look forward to coming here for my birthday every year and whenever I can in-between. It’s a beautiful place with lots of amazing accommodations for the kids and adults. Everything from swimming to a bar/restaurant and a gym as well! With much more to enjoy I think it’s time you book a stay.
We have used this conference center for several corporate events and the people at the southbridge hotel and conference center are wonderful. They are pleasant to work with and anxious to make your event special.
RecommendedThis is such an undiscovered gem for locals and travelers alike! The gorgeous lounge area has tons for families to do, a beautiful pool and grounds to walk. Great for an overnight Staycation, and for us, a wonderful local resource for friends to stay overnight and we all enjoyed a meal in the restaurant and lots of good laughs. The bartender, Jody, was absolutely delightful and so accommodating for our large group
Didn’t get to explore,some of the waitstaff were very unhygienic witnessed an individual blow his nose into his hands then touch serving plates but overalls loved the presentation and desserts 🧁
