I've been working with Southbridge Counseling services for the last year, and this is my first exposure to Dialectic Behavior Therapy. The pros of said counselors is they follow DBT strictly. As with any reasonable review it would not be appropriate if I did not share the cons. The staff is still small. It means a chance of not being able to schedule with a preferred therapist.
