Worst apartment complex I've ever seen. $1300 for a 2 bedroom apartment with no hot water, rude office staff and snow plow contractors that plow the sidewalks at 40 mph in the middle of the night with a 4 wheeler that has no muffler. I mean come ON! I'm basically giving you a mortgage payment, stop being such slumlords!
RecommendedI have nothing but good remarks to share. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating and mindful of the fact that this our home, not just a property. Maintenance goes way beyond to make sure everything is safe and functional. Can’t say enough! Ten stars in my book !!’

i got evit for know reason the place is like jail all ther need is to put bards on the windows and you can only how two dogs thair are one in build 14 or 15 that has four dogs thair is so mush favortiy in thair and the rent go up every year buy 200.
Biggest problem here is the inability for the team managing the apartments blame things on the "new owner" ? We moved he r email to years ago get gas grill. Then banned, banned flower gardens in front of units, maintained by renter, all ordered removed. I threw out 3, 000 dollars worth of plants. Rent goes just goes up every year by $100. They definitely have issues, I offered to start association for residents for trips, told me know, however, law does allow us this issue. If you need a rental look some where else.
The rent hikes way to fast! We moved here almost 4 years ago at $1130/ month. Now we pay over $1500/month! The apartment is old, needs new plumbing, rugs , Windows, electric outlets... Need I go on? They've put a lot of money into this place , while they keep taking more away.
Iam really don’t know what to say i am shocked of the way that they are treating the residents with they are very rude and un honestly and they are caring about money just money only I’ve stayed here since 3 years ago and I really love my house but now after raising the rent four times more this year than the years before and by the way it’s not the same in all the apartments they raise it randomly because they didn’t raise it 4 times to my friend like me so that I really thinking now to move from here
