we love the dentist!!! I appreciate that Dr. Hartman is using innovative technology to help HALT my little girls' cavities instead of just drilling and filling. I also think the toy cabinet is a great idea and it should NEVER go away!!
I have been seeing Dr Jon for years. He is so kind and gentle. Always making sure I’m comfortable. Whenever I need to see him my wait is never very long. In and out! I’m blessed to call him my dentist and a true professional 👍👍👍
I always seem to get anxious about going to the dentist. I don't know for sure anymore why, because the experience here at South Western Dental is made so much more personal and caring. They are always willing to answer any of my many questions. They tell me every step of what they are doing before they do it. I do encourage friends to come here.
I had a great experience today, the Hygienist did a thorough cleaning and Dentist had mostly good news, great place!!

Professional service, experience, and attention to each individual's dental needs = exceptional at South Western Dental. Office personnel, dental assistants/hygienists, dentists (ours = Dr. T Ellenbecker)--all highly professional, efficient, and personable. Highly recommend to others needing routine or specialized dental care.
The girls in the office were very nice, easy to talk to. They gave excellent instructions, as did my dentist! During this time of pandemic, they were well prepared in wearing full PPE. The dentist did a great job placing a temporary crown. I appreciated his gentle touch.
My six-month dental appointment had been stretched by covid issues to 10 months. Even so I was a little concerned about how safe I would be from the virus during my appointment. But needn’t have worried. New safety measures to protect both dental staff and patients have been implemented. Aside from that, I always get excellent teeth care, gentle complete cleaning and thorough evaluation of my mouth’s condition. I appreciate the care my teeth and I receive at South Western Dental.
