I have always had a positive experience from the front desk support staff to the doctors and hygienists working for South Western Dental. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a permanent dentist. I personally see Dr. Jon, but my wife and granddaughter go there as well. They both, overall, have had positive experiences. I've not had any issues following a visit. Generally, I'm clearly informed about any necessary procedures. I feel very comfortable the staff there are competent and the work is comprehensive.
Southwestern Dental are really the complete package in my opinion. I have been going to them since I was a little girl, (my immediate family as well) when their practice started over on Western Avenue in the 80’s and 90’s and has since grown into what it is today. I'm very pleased with Southwest Dental every one of my experiences there have been wonderful everything's explained to me before I'm going through any type of procedure and well-advised and a plan made up before I leave all the staff there have been very pleasant very professional just a all-around wonderful business and wonderful staff
I had my first appointment after being with my previous dental office for about 60 years, the first dentist for about half that time, and new dentist replacement for the second half. I mention this because it was a little scary finding a new dentist, but I left my first appointment and went home so pleased. First most of my time was with Jessica, the hygienist. Staff was very friendly; appointment was on time. All my questions were answered. I don’t mind going to the dentist at all.
This is the place for top notch dental work! Dr. Jon is fast and on time. gets you wright in if have an emergency. BEST DENTIST I EVER HAD! A+
