great and friendly experience as always
I was very pleased with my cleaning and appreciated the excellent service that I received.
This is the first time that we have ever been to a dentist that we have seen so many smiling faces, usually, as you sit a dental office's lobby area you notice patient with dour expressions and some with apparent anxiety but surprisingly not here. My husband came for his first office visit with the idea that he would just be looked at and x rayed, however when they discovered that instead of a bad tooth he had an abscessed gum they took care of it immediately. First time to South Western Dental and I am so happy I made the move. My hygienist was the most talented one I have ever had. Talented meaning she knows her work and I had no pain for my periodontal work. I am a baby when it comes to pain. Also Dr Hanson was so cordial and informed me about everything I needed to know. It felt like I have been a client that had been there for years. Love them.
staff is always friendly, very helpful getting you set up for your next cleaning appt. Dr. jon is a great guy who pays attention to changes in your teeth, and is very honest with what needs to happen next.
