This is the first time that we have ever been to a dentist that we have seen so many smiling faces, usually, as you sit a dental office's lobby area you notice patient with dour expressions and some with apparent anxiety but surprisingly not here. First time to South Western Dental and I am so happy I made the move. My hygienist was the most talented one I have ever had. Talented meaning she knows her work and I had no pain for my periodontal work. I am a baby when it comes to pain. Also Dr Hanson was so cordial and informed me about everything I needed to know. It felt like I have been a client that had been there for years. Love them.
staff is always friendly, very helpful getting you set up for your next cleaning appt. Dr. jon is a great guy who pays attention to changes in your teeth, and is very honest with what needs to happen next.

I was very pleased with everyone at the office from the reception desk to my dental hygienist and my dentist. I was running late due to snow and everyone helped with my anxiety about being late and getting to know me and my family better.
My annual visit to Southwest Dental was actually an enjoyable visit. I drove up 4 min late and they were calling my phone as I was getting out of my car. Walked right in with no wait time and they were very friendly and jovial. My hygentist named Ally was very nice, She has a way of making the dentist office a fun experience. Dr Ellenbecker is also one of the most personable people that I know.
