The staff at Southwestern Dental did a remarkable job to instill that they are taking every safety precaution possible for patients and staff as they continue to deliver top notch dental care. They made me feel very comfortable, explained the changes due to COVID, and as always, are to be commended for their professionalism and cheerful attitudes. Thank you for all you do.
Amazed by the staff and Dr. Tyson Ellenbecker! Was in for replacing a filling, and had a crowned tooth crack and eventually broke out in the weeks since my last visit during this pandemic. He did my filling and actually was able to remove the remainder of the tooth during the same visit. Awesome!! I didn't expect him to also pull the tooth for me, and was able too during the filling and then pulled the tooth. I had my appointment rescheduled due to the COVID-19 virus until things started to open up. When I arrived I could see the staff had taken some great precautions around the office. My hygienist answered all my questions and let me know what they were doing to prevent the spread. Some things were different and some treatment was not available, but overall it was a great experience in the midst of uncertainty.
I had kind of an emergency, a portion of my tooth broke off. They were great to get me in right away and my visit was amazing!!! I’ve gone here for 15 years and have never been disappointed!!
Thank you very much for seeing me on short notice to address my concerns about a tooth. You explained everything you were doing and I really appreciated it. My concern was solved and it feels better. Thanks again you ROCK!!!

The dental hygienist discovered inflammation in a capped tooth that had been capped many years ago. She brought it to my dentists attention and because of her attention to detail may have saved my tooth.
