JJ did my cleaning today. She was gentle, thorough and so pleasant and kind. Going to South Western Dental is actually enjoyable and I look forward to it. How many people can say that about their dental office?
This dental practice is not one of the expensive big box corporate dental organizations who don't care. These are local dentists who have been in Sioux Falls for generations. They are good! Their staff are wonderful caring people! It is worth the drive!
Had a pleasant exam! Both the assistant and Dr.Hatman (who was her usual self) were very professional. Dr. Hartman explained to me about tooth resession, and what it could turn into down the road if left unattended. This I was experiencing for the first time. She referred me on to a peridontist. I thought this was very helpful. Thanks again!
When I got checked in I did not have to wait too long and I was called back to the exam room. Xrays were taken of the broken tooth and then the dentist Dr. Hansen came in to look at my tooth and takes more xrays to decide what to do next. It all went very well and I am scheduled for a crown on Monday.
Had my chipped crown replaced within 1 hour, most pleasant, pain free dental experience i have ever had! I’ve always had super sensitive teeth.. Dr Tyson and his assistant Brittany made sure i was comfortable and pain free!
I really like SW Dental and have been going here for about 20 years or so. The tech Amanda was super nice and explained everything as she was doing it. I always get in and out.
My dental hygenist was excellent! I think Callie was her name. Uffta I forgot! She was genial, efficient and gentle at the same time:) I would enjoy having her work on my teeth again. I got tips about my tooth and gum care as well. My dentist Dr. Alicia is also wonderful. She communicates clearly about the condition of my mouth and teeth and how to take care of them. I trust her!
Since this was a new procedure for me I was a little Nervous and curious. This was done in 2sessions And I had 2 different hygienists It was a great experience , everything was explained Before they did it and "no pain" 😊 Both of the hygienists were so good at their jobs And I didn't cry 🤗
They are the best!!! Squeezed me in for a broken filling before my vacation! The dentist was professional and so kind. Would recommend!!!!
