I had a great first time visit at South Western Dental.
I have been seeing Dr Weisbecker and Jolene for dental care for over 25 years. I always request to see Jolene for my teeth cleaning appointments and that's because of how great she was with me when I first started going there. She was thorough and I didn't bring tears to my eyes with any of the sharp tools I trust her to use in my mouth. Now I request her because she has also become a friend. I am so thankful to have been referred to Dr Weisbecker. Great service and without a doubt personable.
Needed a problem taken care of and got in the next day. Was not an emergency but very pleased to get in so quickly. Have always had good care and excellent outcomes.
I have always hated going to the dentist because everything "hurt". Went to South Western Dental yesterday and they did the work I needed right away, without pain. Even the shots of novicaine were virtually pain-free.

Visit was on time and professional. Thanks to Shawna for taking good care of me and explaining what she was gping to do before she did the procedure. And this was just a checkup and cleaning !!! Great visit, as usual, and I will continue to refer friends to this office
My appointment was on time. The dental hygienist was very thorough in my cleaning. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes for the dentist to check my teeth. I was very satified with the whole experience.
Rachel was a great hygienist! She explained what she was doing and very easy and fun to talk with. Dr. Ellenbecker is also very easy to talk to and was very complimentary on my teeth. I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room! Enjoyed my experience.
