My son, Kurtis has cerebral palsy. The staff does an outstanding job every time with his cleaning! I know it can be difficult getting him to cooperate but they always say he did great. Top notch facility and awesome staff including the front desk staff - very professional.
As usual, I was treated with respect, and my teeth were cleaned with professional care.
Excellent service by staff all around. Dr. Hansen was amazing and I would reccommend her to anyone.
I had an amazing experience at this office! The dental assistant that cleaned my teeth was very friendly, personable, professional and had a wide knowledge about dental health. The dentist was friendly and professional and I received expert and courteous care. They made me feel very comfortable.
Kim, exneighbor, grew up with my kids wasn't available-disappointed but Rachel was delightful and made up for it. As usual Jon Ellenbecker was very pleasant and I believe did a thorough exam. As you are no doubt aware I would prefer to pay less for the services but I suppose it is a truism--"You get what you pay for." See you next time.
not real crazy about getting teeth cleaned but have to do it. Rachael makes it go pretty good though. in fact always look forward to seeing her. she cares about ur teeth and always does a good job.
The entire staff was friendly and personable! Dr. Hansen explained her procedure well in depth, and both her and her assistant were extremely thorough and professional! My family and I will continue to use South Western Dental. Great overall experience!
