Moved to Sioux Falls 11 years ago and after a bad experience at a different dental practice, we found South Western Dental. Our family is always treated with such a high level of care, compassion & competence! The receptionists, schedulers, billing personal, hygienists & dentists are all so wonderful! Grateful for South West Dental and will always trust them with our dental care!
I was in SD visiting my daughter and ended up with a dental abscess that was so painful. I called them and had an appointment within 3 hrs and given appropriate care. X-ray, anesthetic injection, pulpectomy and antibiotics at a reasonable price and with positive kindhearted caring service. I ended up there 3 times in the week I was visiting and can say it's not a vacation end destination place but I am so grateful they were their when I needed them! Thank you.
It is so nice to go to a dentist office that I have so much trust in! Dr Weisbecker explaines what is going on and the options to take care of the problem. Professional and friendly group. I would - and have - recommend to anyone!!!
There was little wait time from the time I checked in to the time I was taken back for my procedure. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
My family and I will only go here for our dental needs. Dr Hansen is so professional and understanding. Explains everything and educates you on what is best for you as an individual. They are even considered out of network with my benifits but even a little bit more money is worth it for them! Everyone is great!

I hadn't been to this office in 7 years, as that was an emergency as well, 7 years ago. Both times I was able to get in for an appointment within a day or two. In both instances, I am very pleased with the service and the friendly staff and dentists. Your team rocks!!! I've tried to get into a clinic, ( national chain claiming fast service and lower priced) a year ago, it took a month and a half to get any dental work done. Hence I am staying with South Western Dental, No one can beat the service I received in both instances... read more
