I come to the clinic to get relief from my chronic migraines. My appointments are always on time. The nurses & doctor are amazing, very down to earth & friendly. The Ketamine treatments combined with Therapeutic Botox were a last resort to provide some relief from migraines I have been plagued with for over 32 years. Over the holidays I suffered Cluster migraines for 14 days. I called the office and Dr. Elalfy saw me immediately. He provided me with instant relief. I am truly greatful to him for the help he provides me.
I had my infusion done and was not the right treatment for me which I accept. My issue was a week later I have had no followup or anything from the clinic to see how I'm doing or next steps. Won't be going back but they got my money already so I guess it doesn't matter.
The nurse and Dr. Elfy were amazing. Walked out without my cane.
I last saw them back in October 2024. I was sent to get xray and have not heard back from them since. I have tried many time to call and get no answer. And yes I know the office is only open Tuesday and Thursday. I even ask my doctor to try. With no results they have decided to send me somewhere else.

His progressive treatments have made a huge difference in my quality of life, and I appreciate how much he genuinely cares about his patients.
