We asked multiple times to get a dog waste bucket on our side of the building never happened with old management. The new management took over and had it done in a few weeks, is going above and beyond to make this place feel like a home. The maintenance crew is always nice when coming in and doing checks always having good conversations. Always hearing back in a very timely manner with any issues that arise! 211-5
I’ve been SO pleased with the new management of our apartments. Last winter, for the entirety of the winter, our heater barely worked, and our bedroom would always be ~10 degrees below the living room no matter what. They swore up and down there was nothing wrong, and the solution was a space heater. The new maintenance and management both took it seriously, and had the problem fixed within literally 5 minutes! They’re always happy to help with any questions or concerns. So, so thankful living here has become less stressful
My patio door needed replace. I have lived here since 12/2023 and I could not open my patio door. The previous owners never did anything about it except tell me they are working on it. Well I’m happy to report that the new owners Artisan properties within the two months they have taken over has already fixed my slider door. I am so happy that I can go out and sit on my patio. I’m a disabled older woman and it means a lot. Thank you Karla Furr-Lascola 227-4
Nice to get broken items fixed correctly.
Requested a tour/ interest in a unit and NEVER actually lived here or signed a lease, but was billed a $200 “off market rental” charge for not informing them I was no longer interested. I don’t understand the legality of this, but it feels unreasonable. Definitely would not recommend.
