SVT was scheduled to do work this morning and wasted our time. I drove from W Jordan to Provo to meet them to let them on the property. They never showed up. Our renters had taken down an electric fence for their arrival. They called and said someone had came earlier to the property and it was a mud bog and they could not drive on it. My renters and I were driving across the solid ground and other than frost on the ground, it was solid. No one had visited the property as they said. Amazing to work with. We had a large tree in the backyard that was dying. The owner gave us the name of a company that could potentially help save the tree before it was cut down. I was so impressed how honest his advice was and being willing to give us options to save the tree. Unfortunately the tree needed to be removed. This team came when they said they would. The teamwork in removing the tree was incredible. Crane operator, crew in the back yard and team in the front. The tree was removed and stump ground down perfectly... read more
