Been here over 6 months without complaint. Maintenance keeps up with air filters and appliances. I'm in a newly renovated unit and its great. Wifi, Trash, and Water being included is a huge plus that makes it easy to budget. Lots of dog waste stations throughout the complex. Front office is very hospitable and helpful. Overall great and calm experience. Neighbors are all pretty hard working. Walking trails and gas station nearby are awesome!
This location is a hidden gem! Within 3 miles there is a brand new: Dutch Bros, Target, Chick-Fil-A, Jersey Mikes, Whataburger, Walmart, and more. We chose this location to be away from the noise and we specifically chose South Valley Apartments because of the gated community, included amenities, and quick highway access. I have loved living at South Valley Apartments. They are located in a very safe, quiet, and convenient location. They are very well priced comparatively. I like the fact that the complex is gated. They have also been recently renovated and look very nice. Maintenance has been pretty timely, and they have communicated very well regarding that. Amy is very communicative as well.
