Everyone was very nice and friendly.
Can't believe what she said. They should have been better prepared.
Waited an hour and a half for my 9 year old to be seen for a cleaning, the appt was scheduled way in advance so i dont understand why we would have to wait!!
I saw what appeared to be hickey marks on the gentlemen taking my x-rays. This appears quite unprofessional. Fortunately he was the only one who was the most courteous and the only person who asked how I was doing.I felt very uncomfortable from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The cleaning itself was very unpleasant.
Not crazy about the location, but service and the people are awesome:)
Dr Nuguen was amazing and your insurance person was very helpful.
I was incorrectly given information about refusing to sign a release form. I was initially told that I could not receive service for not signing an information release, and that form said that I could revoke that permission on the form at any time in the future.The office mgr. came in and corrected the situation.
Thanks for making my visit comfortable. Keep up the good work
The place needs to be upgraded. Everything is outdated and dirty. Not a comfortable environment. The faculty was nice.
