Rude service. Lied to me about not receiving a referral and had to call them up. Once they acknowledged receiving the referral, asked me if I had private health insurance and if I didn’t, they couldn’t assist me. They never bothered to call me telling me this. Sounds like they are only interested in money.
Dr Andrew Fuller was absolutely amazing i can't praise him enough. His professional manner & explaining everything so myself & my partner so we understood everything. His nurse Emily she absolutely amazing, she made me feel so comfortable after my RARP. Anne His Receptionist is also lovely, nothing is to much trouble. Such a professional fantastic team. Well what can I say about Dr Andrew Fuller ! What a bloody Legend So professional and caring ! Nurse Emily is also worth her weight in 🥇 He and his staff are amazing So professional and caring !
