Love being able to be placed in the virtual waiting room via their website or text - then only coming in when they are really ready to see you....eliminates having to spend extended time in a waiting room. Staff is friendly & efficient. I was seen, diagnosed and a prescription called into CVS and out the door within 35 minutes
Although they couldn't treat me they were super fast and friendly. Sent me to where I needed to go and have call ahead waiting
I was seen Monday and diagnosed with a severe sinus infection (it's going around)! Top notch care and seen quickly! Thank you
Great care. I was seen promptly and my care team was excellent. I am visiting from out of town and while it sucks to be sick on travel, this experience was a good one, even though I wish I didn't have to be there.
I'm between medical insurance coverage and needed to see a doctor. As far as Doctor visits go, it was actually pleasant! :o) I came two weekends in a row for an initial and follow-up visit, and each time the staff was very courteous and patient. I did not use the online registration but the in-house registration and service was efficient and prompt. I appreciate them taking such good care of me, and definitely recommend them for any Urgent Care needs.
Great staff with amazing customer service. I highly recommend everyone check this place out at least once!
