Better Get It In Writing! No integrity. Sold us a 2010 Jetta, next day radio dies. One month later the rear main seal goes out. Cost to repair $1200! Dealership promised to stand behind their cars, spare key, send us license plates: none of which as taken place. Their response to any inquiries is if it's not in writing the verbal request isn't honored. Don't make the same mistake we made, take your business to a reputable dealership, that's not here!
We've all been in a situation with an annoying salesman who either frustrates you or angers you with their sales tactics. There was NONE of that here. I felt that I was buying from my best friend! My sales person showed me reports and gave me the down low on everything. It was absolutely fantastic.
Wifey likes to get new cars. It seems like she trades in every two months. So when she called me raving about a sedan she saw at a car lot, I blew her off and told her no. We were out grocery shopping that weekend and she ended up dragging me there. I was so impressed with the quality of the car and the deal they made us on our trade in, that I let her get it. Sure, I'm a sucker. But I know a great business when I see it.
For a used lot, everything here is spotless from what I saw. We had plenty of different vehicles to choose from.
I am pretty psyched about my car. The people at South Tacoma Auto were very understanding of my financial situation and really went the extra mile in helping find a car. The salesman was determined in getting the right car. He really took care of me. I can’t thank him and the people at South Tacoma Auto enough.
We compared prices around at other lots and I can honestly tell you that South Tacoma has most everyone beat! If the price difference doesn’t sell you, their attitude will. I made a great friendship with the man who sold us our car and I refer everyone I can to them. They will do you right for sure!
Got a great car from South Tacoma. I dealt with a great salesman who even called to check on me after the sale. That's definitely great service!
I will be returning to South Tacoma for my next purchase for several reasons but the main one has to be the way they make you feel. They treated me like family rather than just a customer with a check in hand. If I see them out and about, they will still address me in a polite way to this day. You won't find a better, more wholesome dealer around.
The manager I spoke with here was incredibly nice. He made sure to check on me periodically throughout my visit to make sure I was doing okay with everything. He obviouslyh really cared about what was going on on his watch.
