Dr Baines and the staff are amazing, very polite, professional and painless.
When they messed up the work they did, they referred me to an endodontist. When I asked if they would cover the bill because it was their fault, they started being rude. I was in horrible pain for 7 days because of the fillings they put in. They were set too high. Was told to take ibuprofen, which was ok at first but quit working. The final day I called I also explained my gums were severely swollen. I had developed a terrible infection. They did not want to see me nor did they ever offer a pain killer or antibiotic. The staff here is very friendly. The dentists are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The staff is absolutely awesome. Had work done yesterday, and I never felt more at ease in a dental office. This experience actually got my boyfriend to make an appointment. Thank you guys!!!
Awesome experience as usual. The old saying. "This won't hurt a bit" really applied. Had 2 old fillings replaced in an hour with no discomfort at all.
