This place is a fraud!!!! I had dental work done on the 11th of December they ran my insurance on the 10th of December and said everything was good for the 11th so I went ahead and had the work done. Now here it is February and they send me a bill of $544.60 because they said my insurance ended on November 30???. If they ran it on December 10th it should had never been approved for the 11th. Everyone here has been great!
Will not be going back after being a patient for many years. They are very good at doing things without asking if you want them done & then you get random, unexpected bills for these unwanted procedures. I also had two old fillings from when I was a kid that I never had problems with, but it was suggested that I have them replaced. After they were replaced I started having issues and now have had to have a root canal & crown on one tooth and a crown on the other. I am officially looking for a new dentist.

EVERYTIME I’m there everyone is extremely friendly and caring the doctor does what he can to save you money rather it’s what he thinks is best or not . It’s worked out for me he did a great job in salvaging what I had..the only complaint I have with Farabee is their inability to call you back when they say they will it has happened often to me but I understand they are busy just frustrating sometimes !
Dr. Schroeder is the best dentist I have been to!! Fear of dentist is gone!! My hygienist Michelle is the sweetest!! Thank you Farabee for making this military kid feel welcome!! See you in November!!
After my estimate is paid, and ins. is paid, l get another bill. I was told l needed my roots "cleaned". Cost me a chunk of money and for the last 3 months l have been in terrible pain. l have been living on Tylenol. Been in twice to see them since the cleaning. Yesterday was told l have an abscess on a top tooth that is now dead. l need to go have a root canal then come back in for a crown.
