Always have a fantastic experience here. Unfortunately, my husband and I are frequent customers, but they are always able to diagnose and fix whatever problem we bring to them. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have not found another shop that is more TRUSTWORTHY and provides so many things ABOVE and BEYOND the norm. FREE loaner cars on site, a year of road side assistance, and 3yr/36,000mile warranty. The service guys treat you like family, explain things so thrououghly, and call you with updates regularly. Lobby is so nice and clean with drinks available, and they run fun promotions/games too, that make it less of a drag to wait. You won't believe how great they are, go see for yourself!
I love this place!!! Every time I bring my Mini Countryman for service, I'm reminded why I come here. The prices are very reasonable (especially compared to the dealership!), everyone is super friendly & helpful & I've never had a problem once I get my car back. Plus, they have several benefits just for using them! Like ..... Loaner cars (if you plan ahead!), 1 year of free roadside assistance, plus more that I can't remember!!! Try it out! You may love them too!!!
