The customer service here is superb! I am always treated well and with respect. I have been coming here for years. This morning I came in well before they opened with an extremely flat tire. They brought me in early to wait. They were super sweet and even brought me a quick breakfast. Thank you, South Street Auto!! There are too many of you to list.
All of the employees I’ve had contact with at South Street Auto have been extremely professional and courteous. One though, who has taken great care of my vehicle and myself is Drake. He is honestly the most outstanding person I’ve ever met in the auto service industry. He is helpful, knowledgeable, honest and interested in your well being. Check 3rd party review sites people! I posted my thoughts on this very site and they deleted them and locked my Facebook out from posting. I will not be deterred and will continue to let everyone know about the unethical practices by this company. The more they try to hide and delete the truth, the more I will post it.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I must say how disappointed I am at the immense drop in the service level at this company. Like most of us, we need our vehicles to function. I brought my car in for service in May to have an exhaust noise and a check engine light looked at. For $476, they ‘fixed’ the car and sent me on my way.
