Very unprofessional. I come in with my son to look at his chin just to see if it needed stitches. Would have taken 2 minutes. Got told to come back because it was 5 minutes till your break or go somewhere else. Extremely rude glad I picked a small practice.
We see a very old school pediatrics doctor who doesn't send reminders for appointments. As busy parents, we fell behind on our kids shots. Not crazy behind, they are in school and have all there shots, we were just always rushing around at the last minute to get caught up. we called the doc at south slope pediatrics (really close to our home, unlike our current pedi) to get us into a closer location and back on track. I took our boys there for their first visits today (Dr. Wilson-Taylor) and everyone was amazing from the front desk staff, to the nurses to the doctor. I am so glad we found their office!
I fell in love with the practice over the phone. Mateo is wonderful and after our 1st visit today we are all officially hooked. Dr. Cao was so sweet and loving with our daughter.
