I had a very bad experience at this practice and I would never recommend Dr Cao. He is rude and talks down to you. One time, one of the other doctors as his practice forgot to call in a prescription for my daughters asthma after an office visit. The only after office hours line they have is reserved for emergencies, only to ask if you should go to ER. I cannot put into words how much we love South Slope Pediatrics. From the front desk staff, the nurses, the doctors... everyone truly cares. We see Dr. Wilson-Taylor and she is so kind, warm, knowledgeable..... everything and more you would want from your precious baby’s doctor. We had a couple of scares with our son in the first year and we felt that she held our hand through it every step of the way. Everyone at this practice is AMAZING! We have had nothing but top notch care from this incredibly dedicated, warm, caring, and knowledgeable team.
We've been fans of Dr. Cao and all the doctors at this practice since 2015. Appointments are easy to make and the wait time is usually minimal. The nurses are all great. Dr. Cao and the other doctors are all patient, great listeners, and really take the time to make my two scared children feel more comfortable and understand what is going on. I also deeply appreciate their drive to be inclusive of all races, religions, orientations, etc.
