I've been a patient at Aspire (formerly Bayview) for approx. 6 years total and I finally left as of today. Every single receptionist there is rude. If you're working in the mental health field I believe you should have at least an ounce of compassion and maybe a smile on your face when you greet someone. It's not that hard. I found a new office to go to for therapy and psychiatry... and when I called bayview to let them know and to cancel my appointment they REFUSED.
