RecommendedSouth Shore IPM has been absolutely awesome!! They are easy to reach, very knowledgeable, and super quick to schedule. They came and did an inspection, then scheduled service. We coordinated with 3 sets of tenants. Then they cancelled. Owner refuses to return calls or reschedule. Horrible, and caused us major problems with tenants!

Today Dennis came out to help get rid of carpenter bees and he was great. He spoke to me beforehand on the phone about the issues I was having and was very patient, reassuring and knowledgeable. He answered any and all questions I had and let me know it was okay to contact him at any time if I needed anything else. He did a great job. I am lucky we found them and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pest company. I will definitely be using them from now on!!

Absolutely! Eric Murphy is the most knowledgeable, most efficient, and professional. I would call South Shore IPM in a heartbeat for Spring and any insect 🐜, 🕷, 🐝, infestations. They’re the best and I trust them completely!
We had SSIPM out at our summer home yesterday to battle a little critter and to make sure there were no critter offspring. Dennis was the most professional, nicest, and extremely patient service techs we have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He took the time to listen to us describe in detail what had been happening. He was personable to a fault. We hope everyone uses SSIPM for their pest control needs. They have a customer for life in us!

We just worked with Dennis from South Shore IPM to take care of a wasps nest and some carpenter bees. We also decided to have him spray the house and set up some mouse traps as a preventative measure. He was very informative and courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. We’re very happy with the service that we have received from South Shore IPM!
