Completely UNACCEPTABLE at both locations!! The wait time is horrible!
Worst Doctors office I have EVER been to. 2 hour waits are unacceptable. Staff is unapologetic. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

My 78 year old mother saw Dr. Benjamin on July 14, having problems with her eye. He immediately sends her to his Massapequa office for a Carotid Doppler exam. THEN SILENCE.. no results told to us. It is now August 9. I called several times and was met with "we have the results, but only a doctor can tell you." I ask to have him call..he does not..we wait. Quite obviously, we are concerned, otherwise a nurse would have said.."all is good." STILL NOTHING.. finally today, I have had enough..have our lawyer call. NOW the dr fina... read more
Terrible front staff. Why Donna thinks she can speak to patients (i.e. customers) the way she does is beyond me. It's enough for me to find another doctor. And I feel that the way a doctor runs the front office is an indicator of their own professionalism - which in this case is quite poor.
We see Dr Flicker and we think he's awesome! As well as the staff that helps you out after you get past the front desk. The front desk staff need to be train in customer service. That is the only reason why we did not give a 5 rating. If it wasn't for the doctors there I would have found another place to go.
