Friendly, quiet, and safe feeling atmosphere. Apartment was very clean upon move in. Moving out was easy and I received an appropriate amount of my security deposit back. Connie and Randy are great property managers and the landscaping was always beautiful. I do wish there were additional washer/dryers in the buildings. My neighbors/building were always quiet and I never had any major maintenance issues. I really enjoyed residing here for several years and would recommend South Shore!

This was my first apartment and I could NOT have asked for a better first place to live! It’s safe and comfortable and affordable, especially with all that’s included. Problems and maintenance requests have always been minor and handled within 24 hours. Connie is an amazing and empathetic landlord and Randy is wonderful with repairs!

I have lived at the South Shore Apartments for 1 year and my time here has been very pleasant. The setting is very quite and relaxed. There was never an issue with the snow removal of the lots. The apartment was clean and in good shape when I arrived. Denise who works the office has been very kind and helpful to me. Any time I ever needed anything, they handled it very quickly. If you're looking for a fair priced comfortable setting then I would recommend these apartments.

I lived at South Shore Apartments for 16 years and the only reason I left was because I purchased my own home. Otherwise, I would still be a resident. The office manager, Denise, is outstanding. She handles things quickly and efficiently, she is personable and knowledgeable and I cannot complement her enough on her management skills. She is patient with questions and addresses any concerns promptly. The maintenance man, Randy, is equally as impressive. That man can fix anything and he’s a very hard worker. *******Renter Beware********** This place only deserves 1 star mainly because of the maintenance guy. He works very hard and not rude like the manager Denise. When I lived there it was an absolute horrible experience. 1) When I encountered a discrepancy with with electric bill and asked the manager Denise to read my meter I was faced with a lot of attitude and told my concerns were not valid.
