South ranch pool has to be the worst pool I have been to. While me and my friend were waiting for thunder break to close 2 lifeguards told us “ can you just leave there is nothing to do in this crappy pool anyway” we told them no until they kicked us out so they can go on and play category’s. We waited 40 minutes just to get kicked out and not be able to swim. I don’t recommend this pool at all
This pool is so bad the lifeguards told people to leave the pool for thunder warnings, first I heard no thunder, and second the lifeguards were playing in the pool while we were waiting. Very bad pool they barley care about the rules
The life guards will do anything to not work they were playing categories in the pool while telling everyone who came in they were on thunder break while it wasn’t even raining terrible do not go
I like this place but of course rules are for our safety but it is very didficult to take my autistic son to take him from the pool when the safety break starts. Bit this place is amazing options to for my kids in this summer time.
