I bought a used Honda Element from SPH in January. Will, the salesman was kind. Four days later the car wouldn’t start. I texted Will the first and second time. Purchased a used vehicle from them and was told everything worked properly. Upon having the vehicle shipped to me and driving it for 2 days I tried to play a dvd and it would not work. Immediately called to let them know. They told me to take to a dealership where I live and have it looked at. I did and had it fixed for $300. Everyone from the sales staff, manager, and closing people treated me, a woman, with complete respect and integrity!! How refreshing!! Happy with my purchase price and all details of transaction!
