Please beware terrible ethics! – Terrible terrible! They all lie to you from the sales men all the way up to both General Managers?! Are you serious?! We were not complete with our deal and after nothing but lies and more pressure to continue with the trade-in and new sale, the GM finally agreed to give our trade in back if we paid for services that were performed on our trad-in.
