I had a friend visit me here the other day and her first comment was, "This is like a Resort!" I couldn't have put it better myself. I just signed a second lease with South Pointe because of their professional and kind management, the maintenance team is the best, (especially Cornolio) and lastly, the beautiful grounds and elegant apartments. I love coming home to South Pointe.
It's a joke for the high price. Heater is so loud you can't sleep when it's on, dishwasher doesn't fit any dishes other then salad plate, shower is to low, and so on..... the only good thing here is location. I moved here last November, can't wait to get out... However, I have to agree with a few reviews; Edward is the best, the community itself is very quiet.
Horrible treatment of residents! Don't take my word for it, ask any resident. The people who live here are nice though.
This business outsources a majority of services needed for the property. When there's an issue between the vendor (either maintenance company or parking company) and the leasing office, you'll have to pay for it. It has a good location but it's a horrible business operation owned by a company who is not willing to do their due diligence. Good luck.
Love South Pointe! Jen, the staff and maintenance do such an amazing job keeping this property clean and enjoyable for the residents! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
