Your customer service SUCKS!! I went to have a couple of drinks and play a little after work to unwind...it took an hour or more to get a cocktail! Even after I spoke to 2 floor people who didn't seem to care! Let's just say there was no unwinding and, didn't even get to play much because of your greedy non-hitting machines! I've been here several times before and, always the same..leaving angry and feeling ripped off! I will not be back not even to dine!!

My grandson(15yrs old) loved the bowling alley and the snack bar. We also went into the arcade and walked around the shops. Would for sure re visit the buffet was great!!

We didn't stay there, our friends did! We stayed at Oasis RV park down the road ! Our friends room was very nice, clean, big and roomy. We spent most of our time there at the Mecum motorcycle Auction, where our friends had there very rare motorcycle auctioned off. That was very exciting to watch. Ate at the Coronado cafe and the food was good .

Our first stay at Southpoint. We are regular once a month visitors and finally got to stay there. It was terrific. Front desk staff was terrific. All restaurants are great, slots let you play, movies excellent, valet friendly. A great overall experience. Hope we get comped again.
